  1. For Postal Delivery: please choose the day you would like us to send your order - Please choose a dispatch date which leaves plenty of time for delivery. All our parcels are sent out tracked 24/48 by Royal Mail. Parcels usually arrive in 1 -3 days, but during the busy Christmas season they may take significantly longer. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Last Dispatch date for Christmas orders TUESDAY 19TH DECEMBER.
  2. For Collection: Please choose a date on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday (9am - 4pm) to collect from our shop in Retford.

Our special blend of chocolate shavings which allow you to recreate the hot chocolate from our cafe at home! Simply warm some milk in your favourite mug and whisk in 50g of chocolate shavings for a delicious hot chocolate. 

Each kit contains enough for 4 large mugfuls of hot chocolate - plus 4 chocolate dipped marshmallows to pop into the top for an extra treat. 

Packaged in a Christmassy cellophane bag. 

Choose whether you would like your hot chocolate to be milk, dark or white chocolate (milk chocolate pictured).

  • Shelf like of up to 10 months
  • Minimum 240g
  • Milk chocolate min 36% Cocoa solids
  • White chocolate min 29% Cocoa solids
  • Dark chocolate min 54.5% Cocoa solids 
  • Made in a kitchen which also produces products with nuts and wheat.

Hot Chocolate Shavings and marshmallows containing:

Dark Chocolate: Min 48% cocoa solids, Milk Chocolate: min 28% cocoa solids: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Marshmallow: glucose syrup, sugar, starch, water, pork gelatine, flavourings, stabiliser: E450. Milk Chocolate min, 33% cocoa solids, White Chocolate min 23% Cocoa solids: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin.

Produced in a kitchen which uses various types of nut, milk and wheat. 

Your order can be posted to you via Royal Mail tracked 24 or you can collect from our shop in Retford.

As soon as your order has been freshly made we post it by Royal Mail Tracked 24. We post out on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Orders placed from 12 noon Thursday onwards will be posted the following week. Orders usually arrive within 1-2 days, however during peak Christmas season Royal Mail can take up to 7 days from date of posting to arrive - please keep this in mind for Christmas orders.


Collection from the shop is also available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Please write in the comments box of your order the date you would like to collect or choose your date from the calendar provided for Christmas items and celebration cakes. If you can order further in advance we would really appreciate it.
