A delicious new Dark chocolate made in Britain to a 70 year old British recipe. Obviously the cocoa beans aren't grown in the Uk, sadly! It just isn't the right weather here - but it is always the right weather to eat this delicious chocolate.
In 1945, William Stewart and Dr Arnold Spicer had a vision to create the Great British Chocolate. With backgrounds in business and chemistry, and a shared passion for chocolate, they opened their very own chocolate factory in the small town of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. And, so, Stewart & Arnold was born.
Today, Stewart & Arnold is located in Banbury, the Cotswolds, still producing Great British Chocolate, using high quality vanilla bourbon and premium fresh milk from British farmers.
Inspired by recently uncovered traditional recipes, this dark chocolate (71.3% min cocoa solids) is specifically tailored to the preferences of the British taste. Created using 100% sustainably sourced cocoa, the freshest milk from British farmers, as well as premium quality bourbon vanilla to deliver the best tasting chocolate. You can expect a richly rounded and deeply distinct flavour profile - a strong roasted cocoa body laced with intricate fruity, vanilla flavours and sweet, creamy notes.
Packaged in a decorative cellophane bag. A delicious treat or a lovely gift.

Your order can be posted to you via Royal Mail tracked 24 or you can collect from our shop in Retford.
As soon as your order has been freshly made we post it by Royal Mail Tracked 24. We post out on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Orders placed from 12 noon Thursday onwards will be posted the following week. Orders usually arrive within 1-2 days, however during busy times (such as Christmas) Royal Mail can take up to 7 days from date of posting to arrive.
Collection from the shop is also available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Please write in the comments box of your order the date you would like to collect or choose your date from the calendar provided celebration cakes, brownies and selection boxes. If you can order further in advance we would really appreciate it.
