Your order can be posted to you via Royal Mail tracked 24 or you can collect from our shop in Retford.
As soon as your order has been freshly made we post it by Royal Mail Tracked 24. We post out on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Orders placed from 12 noon Thursday onwards will be posted the following week. Orders usually arrive within 1-2 days, however on rare occasions Royal Mail can take up to 7 days from date of posting to arrive.
Collection from the shop is also available on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday 9am - 4pm. Please write in the comments box of your order the date you would like to collect. If you can order further in advance we would really appreciate it. Unfortunately we cannot offer same day collection.
