Ordering From our Shop:

Many of our chocolates can be purchased from our online shop where you can pay by credit card or Paypal. We use Paypal to process both our credit and debit card payments and standard Paypal payments.

For items bought directly from the shop please allow at least a week for delivery, all our products are made fresh to order and so cannot be delivered next day. We will make and dispatch them as quickly as we possibly can though! Orders will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class delivery (postage included in the price) or by recorded delivery (for a small fee) please select which you would like when purchasing your order.

Personalised Orders:

If you would like to order a customised item please email or telephone us before purchasing from our shop, we can them discuss with you your exact requirements and once you are completely happy we can send an invoice by email which can be paid by credit or debit card or Paypal online, or alternatively you can send us a cheque.

Please note we cannot accept payments by telephone at this time.

Orders can be collected from us, from any of the markets we attended or posted out to you.

Local Orders:

Orders can be placed at any of the markets we attend, either to be collected from us, from the market or in some cases we will deliver locally. You can also ring or email to place an order for collection from a market or to collect from us. Please give us at least one weeks notice for any order, we will of course try to help out at short notice but at busy times, such as Christmas, we cannot guarantee we would be able to complete the order in time.

Wedding Favour Orders:

Orders for wedding favours are best placed as far in advance as possible. We would need a minimum of a months notice to make sure we can tailor the favours to your preference, however we appreciate as much notice as possible. In the case of personalised discs with guest names we can take an order in advance to secure your booking for that date but do not need confirmation of names until nearer the time (around three weeks before as a minimum). Of course we will always try to help at late notice, but we can get busy and can’t always guarantee we will be available to complete late orders.

For wedding favours a deposit of 10% is taken with the remainder paid on or just before delivery of the order unless other arrangements are discussed.

If you would like to place a wedding favour order with us you can do so by email, telephone or you can arrange to come and visit us at our kitchen if you would like to see samples and discuss your requirements in more detail. If we can be of any help at all please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you have any queries about ordering please feel free to email us.
