We take customer service seriously, and when you make a purchase from our website we want you to be totally happy with the chocolates you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please drop us an email or call us on 01777 711007 and we will do our very best to put it right for you as quickly as we can. We aim to respond to any complaints or comments within 24 hours.

We must receive payment in full for your order before we can accept your order. We will send a confirmation email of your order to the email address provided by you.

No orders will be accepted until we have checked and approved them. If there are any problems we will email you within 48 hours.

Any special offers we make are designed to be used independently and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

All our products are made in an environment where nuts and dairy products are used, so we cannot guarantee any products on our website are free of nut and dairy traces.

In our mixed selections we reserve the right to substitute chocolates with others of equal  value and quantity.

Please note that as our chocolates are made in small batches for freshness we are unable to offer same day dispatch on orders. Your order may take up to 7 days to arrive. We do not dispatch on Saturdays and Sundays. Further delivery information can be found here

In the rare circumstance that your chocolates are damaged by the postal service please contact us immediately and keep all the packaging the chocolates came in.
